Evangelist Jacqueline Williams
Evangelist Jacqueline Williams was born in Louisville Kentucky. At an early age she knew that God had a special call on her life and accepted that call in 1987, declaring all things before that moment as dung. Shortly thereafter she entered into ministry and was licensed in 1991 as an Evangelist Missionary in the Church of God in Christ in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Evangelist Williams has been called out by God to be a carrier of His word. God has truly anointed, equipped, and gifted her to teach His Word.

Mission Statement
Being led of God to establish a work in this part of the vineyard to carry out its vision throughout the world given various mission opportunities. Teaching the Truth and the Principles of the Word of God and to offer support for the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the total person; Mind, Body & Soul.
Experiencing God’s Freedom by: “Knowing the truth, and being made Free by that truth.” – John 8:32. Our theme song is “Yes Lord”.
What We Believe
Becoming Free Out-Reach Ministry endeavors to execute the command of Christ as found in Matthew 28:18-20. Commonly referred to as “The Great Commission”, our focus is to reach out via Evangelistic efforts toward persons, hitherto, un-reached by any other particular ministry. This Ministry is a start-up Non-Profit organization that desires to help the community.
It is our vision to see you fulfill Christ’s purpose in your life regardless of your level of ministry. By expanding the Kingdom of God and furthering the cause of Christ through evangelism. Our goal is to care for the Spiritually wounded in a healing environment AND nurture the Young in Christ to a Spiritual maturity in God’s Word. Providing the opportunity for believers to grow in the Word of God. This Ministry will soundly equip women with lifesaving and life giving works of God. So that they may be Spiritual and influence others in their homes, churches and communities, to know the Truth and experience God’s Freedom.
The Ministry is to take the Word of God to those who cannot fellowship with a local church such as those in prisons, nursing home and assisted living facilities by promoting and spreading the Gospel into the community. This is accomplished through Out-reach by creative fellowship meetings, annual retreats and special events. The Ministry is designed for women of all ages. Our services have been planned with your needs in mind. The Ministry will help to provide an opportunity for people to realize their full potential and discover a place of rest in the context of their busy lives.
